Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. Asteroids Deluxe:

Does not use analytics or tracking services
Does not use advertising SDKs
Does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location
Does not create user accounts or require login
Does not share any personal data with third parties

The game itself plays entirely offline. An internet connection is only required for the one-time Pro purchase and for restoring purchases on a new device.

Local Data Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device only using the browser's localStorage API:

Highscores and game statistics
Ship skin unlock progress
Daily challenge streak count
Game settings (mute state, difficulty preference)

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted, uploaded, or synced to any server. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

Asteroids Deluxe does not collect any data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The app is rated 9+ (iOS) / Everyone 10+ (Android) for infrequent mild cartoon fantasy violence (space shooter gameplay).

Third-Party Services

Asteroids Deluxe uses a single third-party service for in-app purchases:

RevenueCat — processes and validates the one-time "Pro" purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID and the purchase receipt from Apple or Google. No personal data (name, email, location) is sent. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Payments themselves are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — not by us. Their privacy policies apply to the payment transaction.

The core gameplay uses no third-party services, SDKs, or analytics.

App Store Features

The app may use the following platform-provided features:

Share Sheet: When you tap "Share," your device's native share dialog opens. The shared content (your score text) is handled entirely by your device's operating system — we do not process or store it.
App Store Review Prompt: The app may occasionally ask you to rate it using the standard platform review dialog. No data is collected through this process.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the updated version at this URL. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
